We are an appointment only, custom tattoo studio located in St. Louis, MO. Currently we only provide tattoos, sorry no piercings. We unfortunately do not tattoo anyone under 18.

Here at Pastel Devil, our goal is to provide a safe, welcoming and comfortable environment for everyone (and their mom) to get a one-of-a-kind, custom tattoo! With over 25 years of experience combined, we can make your unique vision come to life. Our bright, well-lit studio in historic Lafayette Square has great views of the Gateway Arch and Union Station ferris wheel. Our shop has free public parking on the east-side of the building.
